Golf Adventure Bus Trip

September 17th

We're doing something different than our traditional Getaway this year - a one-day adventure.  On September 17th we'll meet at Barcroft Park (south Arlington) at 7 am.  Ample free parking is available for the day.  Clubs and gear will be loaded on the bus before departure at 7:30 am.  We’ll be transported to a premium golf course for a round of golf.  Refreshments will be provided on the bus each way so we can relax and enjoy leaving the driving to others.  We'll have lunch before departing for home. 

Part of the adventure is that the destination and course will not be revealed until we get there. 

We should arrive at the course around 8:45 am in time to loosen up on the range and practice green before our 9:30 am shotgun start.  When we finish golf, we'll have lunch in the clubhouse and eat before boarding the bus for home.  We should arrive back at Barcroft Park by 7 pm. 

Individuals will purchase their own box lunch after the round and there will be time to eat and recount your golf experience before boarding the bus to return home.  

The cost per person for the bus and golf will be around $110 for 50 people, but this may go up or down slightly depending on the number of participants.  The bus can accommodate 55 people.  We’ll know more and can set the final cost after we run registration via iGolf in August.  Further details on payment will be provided by August 15th.  

Register for this event by entering your name and/or the names of those in your group in iGolf for September 17th.  This tee sheet is open now and will remain open until SundayAugust 10th at 7 pm - after that individuals must contact Bob Odmark and will be subject to space availability.   Registration runs until 7 pm, Sunday, August 10th.
